Broadcast Drone Operations

Integrated aerial camera operations for international live productions and TV highlights.
Reliable. Predictable. Broadcast-ready.

What I do

Live broadcast drone operations require far more than flying skills.

I work as an integrated part of live TV productions, delivering editorially relevant aerial footage under real-time conditions — focused on timing, situational awareness and safe operation, not on experimental flying.

Integration into live productions

I work in close coordination with directors, producers, and broadcast engineers as part of the live production workflow.

This includes real-time communication via intercom, understanding live timing and cues, and adapting drone operations to editorial and technical requirements.

My job is to give the director usable shots at the right moment — without putting the production at risk.

Predictable camera behaviour

Stable, repeatable camera movement that supports live directing and vision mixing without disrupting editorial flow.

Safety-first operation

Operations are planned and executed with a strong focus on safety, risk mitigation, and coordination with race management and safety teams.

Production continuity

Flights are planned around the broadcast schedule and race timing, avoiding unnecessary risks or workflow disruptions.

Compliance & responsibility

Live broadcast drone operations require absolute trust and a high level of responsibility.

My work is based on professional licensing, appropriate insurance coverage, and thorough risk assessment. Every operation is coordinated with race management, production teams, and local authorities where required.

I consider drone operations an integral part of the production infrastructure — not an independent or experimental element.
