participated in the event, which was organized by the experienced regatta sailors of the OneSails Team in collaboration with the Lübeck Yacht Club (LYC).

Although the conditions on the first day were light, with wind speeds ranging from 3 to 8 knots, the sailors were not deterred from giving their best. The focus of the training was on boat handling, start crossing, buoy maneuvers at the windward and leeward marks, spinnaker sailing, and finish crossing. In addition, single-handed and double-handed sailors were specifically prepared for upcoming regattas.

To further optimize the performance of the participants, drones were used to capture video footage of the various training sessions. The recordings were then processed for the debriefing and analysis on Saturday evening.

The Go 4 Speed Training was a great success, and thanks to the professional guidance and individual support from the coaches, the participants were able to improve their regatta sailing skills. The drone footage proved to be a valuable tool for analyzing and enhancing routines, trim, and tactics.
